Tour of Module Website
Here’s a sneak peak into the Virtual Camp module website. Please DO NOT share this link with anybody else - campers will receive this link at the beginning of July. These pages are still under construction, so today’s training has been designed to mirror the format of the modules as a live example of what campers will experience. As you navigate the page, many links don’t yet work, so we recommend perusing the main page and checking out the fire building page in Thursday’s tasks.
If you have any feedback about the Virtual Camp website, feel free to submit it here:
Updated Progression Patch
We’ve made a few upgrades to the Progression Patch criteria to better match our Girl Scout and camp values. Click the link to view the updated Progression Patch:

Resources can include models of activities (videos, pictures, etc.), printable activities, or step-by-step hands-on activities. Let your creativity flow! Plan Daily Themes/Activities
Use the Word Cloud link below to brainstorm themes or activities for the Tues, Wed, and Thurs Live Events. Ideas can center on camp traditions, like flag ceremonies and campfire, to games and activities, like Family Feud and Escape Rooms. Keep in mind that families may not have the same materials in their homes or may have limitations on what supplies they can purchase. Let your creativity flow! Use the following Poll Everywhere Word Cloud to record your ideas and see what others are thinking (repeat the ones you like). It helps to use one word answers, so feel free to drop spaces between multiple words (e.g. escape room becomes escaperoom):

Prep & Pickup
We have 200 camp kits, 641 patch kits, and 176 shirts to package for campers. There are also a few service projects, like cleaning up Running Creek and painting the Rocky Top cabins, that can be done at camp. As long as we stick to groups of 10 or less and take safety precautions, we are approved to work at camp on July 11th.
We also need to pass out the camp kits for campers. Based on our normal bus locations and camper addresses, the following pickup locations seem like they will work well: Piedmont Store, Rio Hill, Pantops, and PVCC. We’ll need teams of two to man the contact-free pickup spots on July 12th, 13th, and 14th.
Sign Up: Kit Help
Use the SignUpGenius link below to tell us if you are willing/able to help assemble kits or man the pickup locations. Thank you!
